business grow and not to get bored

I've had a boring business, a  is due to that there was a growth (in broad sense). For example, your business is to produce 100,000 yesterday, after 80,000 today, the next day 70,000, continued to 80,000, then 50,000, 80,000, 20,000 and maintain, and so on, very little growth. While the value of money was the sense of more and less for a fee, on vacation, needs, and so on. I really believe that it will be boring, if kept, as it should.
