Islamic Sharia Law on Libya after Qadhafi's Death
After the phenomenal Death of Moammar gaddafi; new Libyan Leader Declared that Sharia Law Will Rule on Libyan.
Libya’s top leader declared the country officially “liberated” Sunday from the four-decade rule of Moammar Gaddafi, pledging to replace his dictatorship with a more democratic but also a more strictly Islamic system.
In a speech to a cheering, flag-waving crowd, Mustafa Abdel Jalil, head of the Transitional National Council, promised to ban interest on housing loans and scrap other laws that didn’t conform to Islamic jurisprudence.
President Barack Obama congratulated Libyans on the declaration.“After four decades of brutal dictatorship and eight months of deadly conflict, the Libyan people can now celebrate their freedom and the beginning of a new era of promise,” he said.

Transitional government leaders Abdul Jalil Mustafa prepare a vision for the future of the post with the color of Islam Kadhafi, said that Islamic Sharia law would be "fundamental source" of legislation in the country and that the existing laws that are contrary to Islamic teachings will be canceled. Mustafa Abdul Jalil also urged Libya to not express their joy by firing into the air, but to shout "Allahu Akbar," or God is great.
"This revolution is by permission of God for a victory," he told the audience at the declaration ceremony in the eastern city of Benghazi, the birthplace of the rebellion against Gadhafi began. Sharia has been defined as:
